Sale and distribution by misrepresentation: If any person sells or distributes the goods by misleading any sub-standard goods to be standard ones or by misrepresenting any goods to be another goods or by adulterating any goods to reduce the standard of the goods and without disclosing that fact, such person may be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding Two years or with a fine or with both.
